Thinking about your answer

Describe how you handle pressure in a work environment.

The obvious problem here is that you may not have much work experience to draw upon. A few weeks as a student teacher may give you a couple ideas, but probably won't provide the substance your interviewer is looking for. And a summer job as a lifeguard or a fast food restaurant may not give you many anecdotes either.

Your college experiences, however, may be filled with some exellent material. Recall your ability to fully research and write that six page essay for your Enligh Lit. final while preparing for your Chem exam - at 2:00 AM. Describe how, in the middle of this rush to complete your project, you received an urgent IM request to join a study group for European History to help resolve some confusion regarding Napolean.

There are probably plenty of instances where you were energized, creative and handled the pressure imposed by four different professor. Don't hesitiate to describe them.
