The Print on Demand/Digital Download Option

The Advantage Press has partnered with Lulu.com, an online Print On Demand (POD) processor, to make select books immediately availalbe to educators who may wish to download the entire book in PDF format or who may wish a printed version of a book only offered on CD by The Advantage Press.

If you are interested in the PDF download version of the book we strongly urge that you have a high-speed internet connection to facilitate this processes.

If you are interested in the POD feature offered by Lulu.com/AdvantagePress we suggest you look at the sample printed book images shown below. We have worked with Lulu.com to make these books easy to photocopy. Purhasers of the POD book have a license to make photocopies of the packets as needed, for as long as they would like. Copies are not to be distributed outside the purchasing site.

Print on Demand

The Advantage Press has had a number of requests by schools for printed versions of books only offered in CD format. Due to the prohibitive costs associated with printing and storing these books, we have had to regretfully decline these requests.

This has changed. A new technology has recently been tested and we are pleased with the results.

Print on demand (POD) is a digital printing technology that allows a complete book to be printed and bound in a matter of minutes. This makes it easy and cost-effective to produce books one or two at a time or in small lots, rather than in larger print runs of several hundred or more.

The Advantage Press has entered into a partnership with a POD company to make select books available in printed form that were previously only offered on CD.
