Do you accept school Purchase Orders?
  • Yes. We accept purchase orders by fax or mail. We also accept credit card orders and checks which accompany orders.

May we make photocopies of the packets?
  • Yes. We encourage you to make photocopies of the packets in the binders and to print additional copies of the material from the CDs. Make as many copies of the packets as you want, for as long as you want, as long as they are used only at the purchasing school.

How can I be sure the CDs will work on the computers in our schools?
  • The CDs are made to work with all types of computers using all types of operating systems. Even if your computers are ten years old, our CDs should work on them.

  • All CDs hold PDF files that work with Adobe Reader Software. Almost all computers have this free software already installed, but in case yours does not, we include a copy of this Adobe application on our CD for you to place on your computer. Some CDs also hold files that will work with a variety of wordprocessing applications. These files may be easily modified to meet particular needs of the purchasing school before printing.

Can we share the packets with other schools in our district.
  • Our packets may only be used at the site of the purchasing school. If another school in your district wishes to use the packets, it must arrange to purchase the material. Some school districts have found our Site License arrangements to be an economical way to distribute the packets throughout all the schools in the district. Not only does this help with consistency of a discipline or PE program, but it can bring the cost of the material down quite a bit. Please see our Site License Information Page for more information.

What if we purchase the material and then discover it does not meet our needs?
  • First, we encourage you to take a look at our Free Samples Page. Please download free samples, print them and try them out with students. Share them with staff and parents. Then, if it appears they will fit your needs, place your order. If within two weeks of receiving your order you are unsatisfied, notifiy us and we will provide you with instructions for the return of the material and your money refunded. (If you purchased the packets in binder form and the protective wrapping has been broken then we will charge a 10% restocking fee.)

What do other schools think about your material after they have tried it?
  • We conducted a survey involving hundreds of schools to get feedback regarding our programs. You can view the undedited results at the Survey Page. on our website. In addition, a number of teachers and pincipals have written to us with comments about our programs. We have included a number of them on our Feedback Page. We always welcome feedback from our schools and a number of packets have been created in response to their suggestions.

Some of your material appears to be offered only on CDs - what if we want a printed version?
  • Almost 90% of our schools prefer the learning packets on CD and we have cut back on the inventory of binders holding the printed versions of our material. We have arranged with a "print on demand" company to provide printed copies of the books we no longer have in our inventory. Visit our Print On Demand Information Page to learn more about this option.
