Return Policy for Online Purchase:
When you purchase our Download Now programs from our online store, you can be approved for a refund if the product is proven defective OR duplicate orders were made at the online store. You’ll appreciate that while these conditions are guidelines for a refund, all refunds are made at the sole discretion of Advantage Press.

Advantage Press programs are licensed to a single user (teacher or administrator). Peer-to-peer sharing is prohibited. If another individual or school in your district wishes to use the programs, they must purchase additional copies. Many school districts have found our Site License arrangements to be an economical way to arrange for program use for multiple teachers or across multiple buildings. Not only does this help with consistency of discipline standards or PE programs, but it can also reduce the overall cost of the material. The online products are download now and will directly download as PDF files to your local drive.
Orders received by phone, fax, email or postal mail will be fulfilled with CDs. The CDS work cross platform (mac and pc) using all types of operating systems. Advantage Press CDs contain PDF files that work with Adobe Reader Software. Almost all computers have this free software already installed, but in case yours does not, we can provide access to this Adobe application.
There is no limit to the number of times a packet can be printed as long as it is done so by the individual purchaser for his or her own professional use in the purchasing school. It is an infringement of copyright to publicly display or post Advantage Press program content in whole or in part on the internet.
